Construction Technology
Welcome to the Construction Technology Program!
The Construction Technology program (CTE) offers courses designed to prepare students for a career in the residential and light commercial construction market. With an emphasis on hands-on work in the shop and on-site projects, students gain knowledge and skills required for a broad range of construction employmet opportunities.
Graduates are qualified to enter into a wide variety of contstruction-related jobs. However the main emphasis is carpentry. During your program of study, you will be tested on parts of a national carpentry examination with your passing scores becoming a part of a national database. This helps students become journeymen carpenters and recognized by the US Department of Labor.

United Tribes Technical College is a nonprofit corporation owned and operated by the five tribes located wholly or in part in North Dakota. Tribal owners: Three Affiliated Tribes of Ft. Berthold, Spirit Lake Tribe, Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, Sisseton Wahpeton Sioux Tribe, and Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa.
