United Tribes Technical College offers three accredited campus based or online business degrees in Small Business Management, Tribal Management, and Business Administration with minors available in E-Commerce, Entrepreneurship and Organizational Leadership.

Small Business Management Description

The associate of applied science in Small Business Management is designed to provide students with a broad, comprehensive and detailed background of managerial techniques and processes that are applicable to virtually any type of organization. Our market-relevant specializations and cutting-edge curriculum emphasizes general business management theory and practice as well as financial, marketing, organizational, operational, and human resource management skills needed for gainful employment in the business field. Career opportunities may include: administration, public relations, financial institutions, human resources, healthcare, retail, food services, and management.

Tribal Management Description

The Tribal Management (TRM) department offers an associate of applied science degree and a certificate degree to The Tribal Management student. The TRM program will respond to trends, social conditions and opportunities to meet the diverse needs on reservations, communities and tribal governments. Upon completion, the graduate can expect to be employed at an entry level management or administrative support position in a tribally controlled office situation or casino. Other areas of employment may include state or federal offices that deal with tribal issues or state historical agencies.

Business Administration Description

In a rapidly changing economy, new opportunities arise every day for those individuals with specific business administration knowledge and skills. Among top careers available to a graduate with a degree in business administration include: accountant, administrative executive, chief executive officer, manager, consultant, director, human resource manager, public relations specialist, school administrator, and many other rewarding careers. Our accredited business administration bachelor’s degree has evolved to meet the needs of businesses and students by providing you will the skills needed to be competitive in the business world. Students will learn the skills needed to integrate management, marketing, accounting and finance concepts so you can develop strategies to improve organizational performance and advance your career.
