BISMARCK (UTN) - United Tribes Technical College will offer another two-day ServSafe® class in early March. The “hands-on” food safety workshop begins at 1 p.m. Monday, March 8 and concludes by 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 10.
Participants learn and practice food safety procedures in the UTTC Skill Center’s foodservice lab. The workshop concludes with participants taking the national ServSafe® exam.

The national exam is produced and monitored by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
