United Tribes NewsTalk to describe Indians and the Constitution

BISMARCK (UTN) - An informational talk about American Indians and the Constitution is scheduled for Wednesday, November 16 at 7 p.m. at the Bismarck Public Library.
Tom Disselhorst, human rights activist and in-house attorney for United Tribes Technical College, will present, "Indians and the Constitution," in meeting room A in the library's lower level.
"It's a very interesting and important topic," said Brian Palecek, event organizer. "And it's current since people are thinking about the Supreme Court and what to expect from it."
Special guest, award winning Native American flutist Andrew Vasquez (Apache Tribe of Oklahoma), will open the program.
