They rule in the teaching kitchen

TEAMWORK: Lunchtime on Fridays in the fall is the hot ticket on campus thanks to UTTC’s Nutrition and Foodservice team. The popular meals, served for an audience of 40, are part of the coursework in the Quantity Foods class.
