University Center
The United Tribes Technical College University Center, in response to the growing need within the Denver region (Colorado, Montana, Nebraka, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Utah), was established for tribal economic development research, technical assistance, and educational services
The primary goal of the Center is to serve as a catalyst for economic research and development impacting tribes and tribal entities throughout the service area. The extensive resources of the United Tribes Technical Center will be made available to various tribal organizations that can benefit from job and income creation and job retention efforts.
The Center is funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA).

How We Can Help
Technical Assistance
The Center will provide training to tribal planners and tribal councils through consultation and training seminars in the areas of business development, community economic development strategies, marketing, and tourism.
Applied Research
The Center will partner with existing University Centers to provide Tribal communities with access to engineers and other professionals who provide regional economic services.
Disseminating Information
The Center website provides for announcing upcoming workshops, information on effective business practices, spotlight economic development opportunities, and the latest products available to Indian Country.
Our Mission...
An integral part of the mission of United Tribes Technical College is to continue to serve as a focal point for inter-tribal discussions of tribal rights and economic progress. That mission will be accomplished by providing a forum for tribal, state, and federal agencies to collaborate on economic development strategies that ultimately create employment opportunities for tribal members.
