To submit a student complaint, you must include an email address or phone number in order for a UTTC staff member to respond to your complaint. The complaint must also include a description of the steps taken to resolve the issue with the individual or office involved prior to submitting the complaint, as well as a complete description of the issue. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response once your complaint has been submitted.
